To use this Website and place binding orders, you must:

• Be legally able to make payment using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
• Be legally able to agree to these Terms and enter into binding orders.

The Website is for personal use only. Commercial usage is not permitted, and we reserve the right to decline orders where we suspect commercial usage.

When you place an order, subject to your rights to cancel or return the product(s), you commit to purchase the item described in that order at the stated price, including taxes and duties where applicable.

Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may refuse at our discretion, including for ineligibility, inability to confirm payment, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, and stock availability.

The Website may include information about product availability to help estimate whether an item may be available when the order is placed.

We cannot guarantee that an item shown as available will remain available, as inventory may change throughout the day.

In rare cases, a product may be available when you order but sold out when we process it. If this happens, we will notify you.

Your order may be acknowledged by email, but it is only confirmed when our team notifies you of product availability.

Prices on the Website are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless another currency is shown at checkout. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

If you pay in a currency other than the one shown, your bank's exchange rate at the time of payment will apply.

All products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. You agree to pay the full amount shown during checkout, including all related charges.

Although we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occur.

If a pricing or related error occurs after you place your order, whether processed or not, we may refuse or cancel the order in our sole discretion.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available: when you choose it, no payment is taken online and the order total is due when your order is delivered.

Where you choose a payment method other than Cash on Delivery, our team will contact you to arrange payment before your order is dispatched.

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are duly authorized to use them.

We reserve the right to decline orders where we believe payment is unauthorized, the payment method is invalid, or you are not entitled to use the relevant payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made at the time of delivery. For all other orders, we will not make delivery until payment has been received.

Delivery times and charges for your address are shown at checkout, before you place your order.

You are responsible for shipping costs, applicable sales tax, and any other fees associated with delivery, as shown at checkout.

Any delivery dates quoted are approximate only and are not binding. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including production, shipment, or transportation issues.

Once the product is physically delivered to you, all responsibilities and risks relating to that product pass to you.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. A damaged, leaking, wrong or incomplete item must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with clear photos or video. A confirmed case receives a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

Returns are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the item.

Refunds on Cash on Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Fragrances are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, flames and children. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount first and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights relating to the Website content, software, HTML, or code.

All such content, including third-party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights displayed on the Website, is protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties.

You may use the content only as expressly authorized by us or the relevant licensor. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, copying, or use on any other server or location is prohibited.

All graphics, photographs, text, and other materials available on the Website form part of the Website content.

Any download from the Website is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss of data.

These Terms are published in English. The English text governs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
